Show Justice Court Two Mexicans entered 'the J. C. They were arrested and kept in jail for a few days and Thursday were tried before Judge J. C. Green Emmanuel Dizz was sentenced to jail for 90 days and Jose Bojas was acquitted. ac-quitted. Chris Ducas, George Collis and Tom Pappjamis were all arrested this week for having liquor in their possession. But owing to the fact that George Collis was in Wyoming the other two stated that it was his liquor and maintained main-tained that they should not be tried unless he was there too so the case was postponed by Judge Green until next week. Lout Gizinos was tried Thursday of last week on a charge of assault on Theo Marx. The trouble occured on July 28 when Marx went down to the Palace confectionery to collect a bell and a dispute arose and Gizinos grabbed grab-bed a beig rock and hurled it at Marx and hit him. Marx returned the blow I with good measure we understand but I because he failed to get the cash for the bill, decided to get it in another I way and swore to a complaint against Loui. Loui was fined 25 or 25 days in jail. Lawrence Freeman and "Eve" Beck two farmer boys who drove up from the valley to show the miners a trick or two were fined $10 each and cost for disturbing the peace by loud talking talk-ing and yelping.
