ATTORNEY IS SERVING JAIL SENTEKCEFOR FAILURE FAIL-URE to mmM George A. Udall, an attorney of Salt Lake, was sentenced to serve ten days in the county Jail by Judge A. B. Morgan Mor-gan of the Fourth district court Monday. Mon-day. The case was one wherein the defendant was brought before the court for contempt of court in that he failed to comply with, an order of the court In paying his wife $100 a month on a judgment for separate maintainance. The case is one that came before the court more than a year ago when Udall was brought ii on different occasions to show cause why he failed to comply with the order. Udall is serving the ten days in the county jail but this will not relieve him from the obligation to pay the alimony which is due his wife. If she chooses to push the case she may haul him into court immedaitely on his release from the county jail and soak him again. In fact he owes nearly 1,200 or 1,300 alimony by. this time.
