At this point In her testimony the court took a recess for noon. Judge King' Statement This morning, Immediately after tho opening of tourt, Judgo W. H. King of counsel for the plaintiff, proceeded pro-ceeded to state the plaintiff's case to the Jury. He rjiad the plaintiff's petition pe-tition which Is a long document nnd mado a lengthy statement of tho facts which tho plaintiff expects to prove. This statoment was largoly a repetition repeti-tion of what Judge King had said to the talesmen while tho Jury was being be-ing empaneled, and was to the effect evidence would bo offered to show that, In August 1898, Mrs. Margaret Geddos, mother of the plaintiff, became be-came the plural wife ot David Eccles that plalntlffls the child of this mar-rlago mar-rlago and that David Eccles so admitted ad-mitted on dlfferont ocinslons and In tho presence of wltnossos whoso testimony tes-timony would ho offered.
