Mr. Andrews Is one of those fellows who wouldn't wake up until the improvements came along and butted, him over. You voters of the Third ward, Isn't that a prott fair picture of the Democratic nomine. ' And did you observe that "the only" presented no proof that Mr. Andrews has not opposed the Improvements Im-provements needed and desired by those around iilm?
