The Logan City council in tegular session Wednesday evening considered nothing more than routine business. The committee on streets- recommended recom-mended a cement cuhert to be erected erect-ed over the Little Logan on South Alain street, and the recommendation was carried. This culvert will be built as a result of the fact that when the new cement walk on the west side of the street Is icconstructed the grade will have to be changed. It was deemed best to construct entire culvert making It extend past the walk on either side Olof Hansen and other property owneis on the west side of Fhst West street protest against the lajlng of the cement walk there as contemplated. contemplat-ed.
