Fted Wright, manager of the Hytum Co-op offered the Hlacksmlth Fork Canjon toll toad to the county for $1,000, then 750 and llnally accepted ac-cepted WOO. On request of Attorney Maughan, with acquiescence of Mr. Walteis, the room now occupied by Mr. Maughan will be tctalned by him after lie Is sworn In as Judge. Mr. Walteis will retain his piesent olllccs. The following indigent allowances were made: Henry Veates of Clarkston, aged 73 with wife of 80, :i,00 per month. Screno Johnson, of Ttcnton, was granted 15. Allowance of Christona Rusmussen, of Logan, was inci eased $2.00 a month. Wm. Hun Is, aged 72, was granted ;!. per month. Emma Klot, of Hytum, was allowed allow-ed an Increase of 42.00 per month. Mis. Emma IIolU, of Hyrum was allowed $.'1.00 per month. Hydo Park, Matla Elvvood 2.60; Mary A.
