Show Richmond. Jane Rallies and her daughter Jennie Jen-nie have mou'd back to Richmond to live and aie now comfortably located in their old home. Jennie has been clerking If the Loran Diy Hoods Co. but Is going to trael for the Utah Condensed Milk Co. Their many friends aie glad to see them home again. Tho home of Mr. and Mis. Win. Smith was saddened last Friday by the death of their 14 months old babe. The child had been sullerlng for some thus with pneumonia and it seemed that.no caithly power could save the child. Funeial services weie held at their home Sunday 12 o'clock at which a huge attendance of friends and sympathleis weie present. The body was placed in the Richmond Celtic-tciy. Celtic-tciy. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Merilll went to Hrlgham City to visit with Mis. Merrill's Mer-rill's relatives. Lorln returned Sunday Sun-day night and Mis. Merrill will let urn the last of the week. Mr. and Mis. A. L. Han Is entertained enter-tained Filday evening. Those present pres-ent weie Mr. and Mrs. Fred Whittle, Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Han Is. Mr. and Mrs. Fied Chrlstens-n, Mr. and Mrs. Parley Nelson, Mr. and Mis. Geo. O. Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis McCaney, Mrs. Peail Harilson, Mr. Lorln Mer- till and MlssChloe Hurnham. Lunch of tho very best quality was served. Piogicssle Hindi was the order of the evening. Pailey Nelson and Mrs. Peail HariNon walked oir with the best prie, while Floia Nelson and LouK Andeison earned the booby prle. Roy Merrill and Frank Ituinhain leave the last of Match and W. J. Stoddaid leaves in May. The Home DiamaticCo. will put on a play next Saturday evening for the benctit of Messrs. Roy Met rill and Fiank Hurnham, to help dcfiay their missionary expenses. Messrs. Alma Merrill, T. II. Merrill, C. E. Merrill are comfoitubly located In the Capital city. They report that a very coidlal leceptlon was given them upon entering Washington. They are enjoying tho many attractions attrac-tions in the city but will be pleased to return home again. The many friends of Mis. Pond of Lewlston will be somewhat surprised to learn that she departed this life Fi Ida) morning. Mis. Pond came to Richmond in the early dajs and lived here for a long time. She died of old age as old timers say that she must be nearly !K) j ears old. |
