Show CHAMPIONSHIP GOES TO LOGAN The B. Y. C. baskotball team ot Logan won the championship of the northern division from tho Weber acadomy of Ogden at tho Granite high Bchool gymnasium last Tuesday by tho score of til to 28. The game was a good one and pleased tho spectators. The first half ended In favor of tho Logan boys by three points. The Weber team had hard luck In throwing baskets In the second half, whllo tho B. Y. C. tenm put them In from all angles on tho floor. Ingles arid Watson put up the bost game for tho Weber team, while Peterson and ChrlBtenBon played a strong game for tho winners. Tho gamo should have 'been played play-ed in tho University of Utah gymnasium, gymna-sium, but tho. Wobor boys refused to play becauso tho B, Y. C. team had practiced on tho floor, and the B. Y. C. team would not piny on tho Dcseret gymnasium floor, as tho Weber boys had played ono game there this year. President Mobs ot tho stato league had considerable trouble getting tho toams together, but ho finally offered tho Oranlto gymnasium to tho teams and this was accepted. This glvos the D. Y. C. team tho right to represent tho northern division in tho stnto basketball tournament which starts at tho DeBeret gymna-n.i gymna-n.i ui tomorow night. Tho lineup: Wobor Academy B.Y.O.
