Ho Insists he Is sane, and has engaged counsel to make a stubborn fight in his behalf. A hearing hear-ing in the case Is set for May 6. White Plains, N. Y., May 2. tfus-Uco tfus-Uco Keogh in the supremo court today to-day heard arguments on the application applica-tion of Harry K. Thaw for a hearing beforo a Jury as to his sanity. Justice Keogh decided on Juno 3 aa tho date for tho hearing. Meantime it will be definitely determined whether the mat-tor mat-tor will bo heard by a Jury. After a brief argument tho court decided to let four alienists testify for each side. The hearing in June probably will ax-tend ax-tend over several weeks. |
