Show Thanksgiving Day at Mendon MENDON, December 1. Mrs E.E Shepard gave two lectures In the meeting meet-ing house and one in the l'fcsDterlan clinpel. Tnc weather was stormy but the houses were crowdt-d. Jennie Riohards of Lewlstou spent the vacation with her parents, Mr.and Mrs. II. T. Richards, Myrtle Uaker, nurse at the Budge hospital at Logan, npent Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing with her relatives and friends here. Frank Jones and Winnie Hardman of Murdock's Candy kl'tchen at Logan spent Thanksgiving at Mendon. A very Interesting Thanksgiving program was gyen In the meeting house at 10 o'clock. Jerry Baker returned to his homo at Bannock after spending a few dajs In town. Mrs. Farrls Jones and children of Bingham Canyon are visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Baker. Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Baker have gone to Garner on a visit. Will Bulst has come In from his ranch at HannocK. Lucy Baker has gone to Salt Lake City. |
