Show County Board of Education The board of education held Its regular reg-ular meeting Tuesday. A communication communi-cation was submitted by the law firm of Richards, Rolapp, and Pratt, .the attorneys for the board in the suit now pending, to the effect that they would be In Logan Immediately and file thu necessary papers. They say the case will be pushed as rapidly as possible and will likely come before the supreme court In October. The Lewlston precinct turned over caongh money to the board to meet the present obligations of the school district, which will bo applied by the board on these obligations. The board has decided to commence at once to give the school buildings throughout the county a thorough renovating.
