The good wishes of a host ot friends go with Mr. Anderson on his Journey. Lucy, the twelve-) ear-old daughter ot Mr. and Mrs. Henry Shclton, died Tuesday afternoon ot diphtheria. The Mendon baseball team went to Colllnston Saturday and played the Colllnstoo Juniors. Score 15 to 10 In favor of Mendon. The Wood orchestra orches-tra accompanied the team and gave a danceat night. Dr. Oldham and wife arc visiting with Mrs. Oldham's parents, Mr. and Mrs John Whitney. Gladys Farrell of Smlthfleld Is a guest of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Anderson. Mrs. John Hughes Is In Willard visiting vis-iting with relatives and friends. Cora Hardman, Kettle Allen and Eliza Ulsseger of Logan attended George Anderson's farewell party Friday Fri-day evening. Seventeen members of the Woodmen Wood-men of the World came over from Logan Lo-gan Sunday and decorated the grave of John Lamont, a departed member of their order, The singing and decorations deco-rations were most beautiful. |
