The beautiful music M of the Ballam orchestra was very much H i appreciated. B At 11:30 there was a ball game be- V tween the Hyde Park Seniors and Ju- Hi t n'ors. But four Innings were played.' B At the close the score stood 0 to 4 In H favor of the Seniors. H There was a children's dance at 2 p. H : m. and a relay race between Hyde H ' Park and Greenville, In which Green- H vlllo wore the victors. At 5 p. m. the Greenville Seniors j sind Hyde Park Juniors played a game I, -of ball, nyde Park Juniors wonjscore, 20 to 5. An Interesting basketball game was played bet-ween two Hyde Park teams, and the day's enjoyment closed with a grand ball at night. Our Senior ball team played Smith-field Smith-field on their own grounds in the afternoon and defeated them by a score of 9 to 8 It took twelve Innings to decide tho game. Our boys defeated defeat-ed Smlthlleld again last Saturday by a score of 12 to 5. On account of so many of our surrounding sur-rounding settlements celebrating wo did not have many strangers In our midst. Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis of Salt Lake City have been the guests of Stephen Thurston. , Fred Jcdsen and Joseph Jones have sold their homes In the Snake River country and are back to Hyde Park once more. Moses Mlcklesen and wife will spend a few days In Pocatello, visiting relatives. E. B. Lundqulst.the popular painter pain-ter from Smlthlleld, is. painting the elegant new mansion of William A. Follett. Mr. Lundqulst Is an expert in the line of painting and paper hanging, hang-ing, works reasonable and gives satisfaction. satis-faction.
