Show Hyrum. 11YIUJM, November 8, 1000 -Fol-lowing Is the vote of Hyrum on Justice and Constablo: For Justlce,'Janics L.Jensen, H.20S, II. G.Shaw, D, 220; for Constable, It. H. McFarlane, II, 230; A. Monday evening, November 5th, the Midland Lyceum Hureau, of Dcs Moines, Iowa, presented the second of Its series of entertainments "The Koyal Quartette " There was a fair attendance and the piugram was very highly appreciated. There will be three more entertainments in this course, coming one month apirt. On the evening of October 31st, a Hallowe'en party was given In tho dance hall. There were 75 couples who took part, tho ladles appearing In the regulation costume for that occasion occa-sion a sheet and pillow case. The dance hall was also decorated for the occasion. Altogether tho evening's party presented a rather weird appearance. ap-pearance. James II. Nielsen and family have returned to Hyrum. They made Poc-atcllo Poc-atcllo their homo during the last fourteen four-teen months. Francis Olscn has nearly completed his new homo on the corner of 1st W. and 1st North street. Ezra H. Nielsen has purchased the beautiful residence of John Larson. Rabies arrived at the homes of John Ellason and Kstle Smith a few days ago. |
