It is expected tliau the , gentlemen will bo brought Into court J today. $1 The Incidents that lead up to this complaint, as told by those who are Instrumental In-strumental in thcaction, are substantially substanti-ally as follows: President Parkinson and Mr. Israelson were guests of Hlshop David Murray, of Sterling, on the Sunday preceding election. Mr. Murray was an election Judge and had in his home the ballots for the Mt. Sterling precinct. Whllo the visitors from Hyrum weic there, the sealed ' package was opened and b?llots Nos. 1 and 2 passed Into the hands of Messrs. Parkinson and iBraclsen, who left the Murray home with these ballots In their possession. When the package was opened at tiie polling placo on Tuesday morning, election day, tlio absence of tlio two ballots was noted by Robert Baxter, who was given ballot No. .'1, despite the fact that he was the llrst voter. Mr. llaxtcr is said to have made Inquiry, In-quiry, learned where the ballots were, came to Logan and secured the one from Parkinson and then the other from Israelson at Hyrum, returning them to the election judges. The story goes further, to the ctfect that Baxter showed the ballots at Democratic headquarters on,clcctlon day and that they were marked.
