Show Sunday Services. Instead of the regular Conjoint meeting In the Fourth ward Sunday evening, a memorial service in honor of' Bishop Thomas X. Smith, deceased, will be held. The service will be under un-der the acsplccs of tho Mi.tual Associations, As-sociations, and the public is invited. Sunday services as follows: Preaching Preach-ing at 11 a. ni. and 7:.'I0 p. m ; Sunday School, 12:15 p. in.; Junior League, 3:30 p m.; Epworth League, 7:30 p. m. Bible class, Wednesday evening at 7:30 at the M. E, church. The services on Sunday at St. John's Church will bo Morning Prajcrand Holy Communion at eleven o'clock, and Evening Prayer at seven-thirty. The Sunday School will meet at ten o'clock. A cordial invitation Is extended ex-tended to the public. Usual services will take place at the Presbyterian Church Sunday at 11 a. m. and 7:30 p.m. The "Week of Prayer" Pray-er" will be observed, beginning Sunday Sun-day ovcnlng, service occurlng each night at 7 o'clook next week. These special services will all be of a devotional de-votional character, the aim being to make the week one or Prayer In tho real senso of the term. Each service will begin promptly on time, lusting for an hour only. The public has a cordial welcome. |
