Show Franklin. Fuankmn, Idaho, April n, HiOti. This morning at 8 o'clock Sister Kllzabeth Fox, one of tho old settlers of Franklin, passed away to another world. She had been ailing for a good while and died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Hlshop L, L. Hatch. There aie others that arc very sick among us and some that have been sick arc improving. George Morrison, a returned missionary mis-sionary of this city, son of Hrother Joseph and Leon Morrison, spoke yesterday yes-terday at our meeting and gave quite an Interesting sketch of his labors, while on his mission. Hrother 1, 11. Nash has been In very poor health for several weeks with a varied lot of complications. Ho Is now somewhat better. We have had lino weather for a few days back, and some of ouf neighbors have taken advantage of the good weather and begun to do a little gardening. Husiucss Is beginning to loom up a little Judging from tho number of teams that aie by the stores. Not many went to confeience from Franklin this time |
