Show In the District Court of the First Judicial District of tho State of Utati, In and for the county of Cache. Order MaRing and adopting adopt-ing Additional rules of Court. It Is hereby ordered that the following follow-ing additional rules of court to bo applicable ap-plicable in each county of the First Judicial District of the State of Utah, be and the same are hereby made and adopted to wit: Rule 7. Stipulations. All stipulations between counsel shall be in writing signed by the attorneys at-torneys of record for the respective patties and tiled with the clerk, or be made orally in open court and taken down by the clerk or by the court stenographer. No stipulation made otherwise than as in this rule provided provid-ed will be considered by tho court for any purpose whatever. Rule 8. Orders, Decrees and other Papers to be signed by the Judge. Every order, finding, decree and other paper to be signed by the Judge in any action or proceeding, shall be prepared and presented or forwarded to the Judge, by the attorney for the, party in whoso favor It is to be made. Copy of each pioposcd finding, judgment judg-ment and decree shall be served upon opposing counsel who wcic present at the trial of the case, and such opposing oppos-ing counsel shall have tivo tlajs (unless otherwise ordered) after service to present and servo proposed amendments amend-ments thereto.
