Show THE HORSE SHOW NEXT SATURDAY Will Be a Great and Glorious Glo-rious Success If Promises of Horsemen are Faithfully Kept. It Is reported that there Is great promise fbr the horso show next Saturday. Sat-urday. Thoso In charge of arrangements arrange-ments say the horsemen propose to make the best display possible and horsemen themselves echo this to Tiik Kki'Uiiliuan. Everything points to this being a great show with a very largo number of the best horses In the valley present. There Is Just ono thing In the arrangement ar-rangement that doesn't set well with some, tho holding of thp fair at tho A. C. The contention Is that this Is too far out of the way, that many of the people whom horsemen desire to look at tholr horses will not mako the trip to .the college. The Republican has made every effort to get In touch with Frof.Clark to Inquire as to the advisability ad-visability of having the place of meeting meet-ing changcd, but wo were unsuccessful. The horsemen should not fall to bring their horses, however, for thoso In charge will undoubtedly be glad to accede ac-cede to any demand for the good of those concerned. Whoop things up and keep the present pre-sent good feeling going, and the show will be a success beyond measure. ' ' |
