Show Picture to Be Hung The Second ward people give an alTalr next Friday In honor of Patriarch Henry Ballard's seventy-fourth birthday, birth-day, the feature of which will be the presentation to the ward of a painting paint-ing of Mr. Ballard, this to be hung on the walls of the meeting house. This painting was done by Prof. A. B. Wright and is said to be a striking likeness, a very line piece of work framed to tho greatest advantage. On this occasion a program will be rendered as follows, commencing at 2 o'clock: Selection Ward Choir Prayer : L. L. Hatch Selection Choli Historical Sketch C. Anderson Patriarch Ballard Is held In highest honor and esteem by tho people of the Second ward, and by all who know him, and this affair Is fitting to the highest degree. Without doubt the occasion will bo one of many pleasant remembrances for all concerned. The committee directly concerned In securing se-curing the picture of Mr. Ballard Is composed of A.
