Beruffled Petticoats. With the clinging teagown especial attention must he given to the petticoat, petti-coat, if milady really desires an artistic ar-tistic appearance. From the waist to the knees this should be cut fairly fair-ly tight, with a little fullness at the back. The flounce from the knees to the hem should be as full as possible, possi-ble, and of fairly stiff silk. This flounce may be as much befrilled and beruffled as the fair wearer desires, the more furbelows the better. If the petticoat is to be made of remnants several different kinds of silk may be used.
