Show -STRIKE IS SETTLED. Miners at Sunlight, Colorado, Will Now Return to Work. The strike at Sunlight, Colo., has been settled in a manner entirely satisfactory sat-isfactory to both sides. A meeting occurred oc-curred Thursday afternoon of the strike commmittee and Superintendent Cummins, at which W. C. Price of Palisade, Pal-isade, a member of the executive committee com-mittee of snb-district No. 5 of the United Mine Workers, was present Mr Cummins, on behalf of the Rocky Mountain Fuel company and of - the Pocahontas Coal company, agreedo the recognition of the union and the men, for their part, agreed to with-draw with-draw the other demands made on the two companies. The miners will return re-turn to work as soon as the mines can be gotten ready for them, which.will take several days. , |
