Show EXTRA SESSION OF SENATE. President Roosevelt is Determined Calendar Shall Be Cleared. The president has issued the following follow-ing proclamation: By the President of the United States of America, a proclamation: Whereas, Public interests require that the senate should convene in extraordinary ex-traordinary session, therefore, I, Theodore Theo-dore Roosevelt, president of the United Unit-ed States of America, do hereby proclaim pro-claim and declare that an extraordinary extraordi-nary occasion requires the senate of the United States to convene at the capitol in the city of Washington on the 5th day of March next at 12 o'clock noon, of which all persons who shall at that time be entitled to act as members mem-bers of that body are required to take notice. Given under my hand and the seal I of the United States at Washington, the 2nd day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand .. nine hundred and three, and of the independence of the United States the one hundred and twenty-seventh.
