Morgan firm, expressed tho bellof, however, that the explosion was purely pure-ly an nccldcnt, cnused by a collision between nn explosive-laden wagon nnd another vehicle. The firm had received re-ceived no threats of any kind, he said, and there was no real reason for tho planting of a bomb outsldo the firm's office. The noon hour had struck and an endless stream of office workers had Just started pouring Into the streets from buildings In the neighborhood.
