Then the town authorities had a placard fastened on the statuo, stating that tho municipal government was blameless blame-less for what had been dono to the work of art Tho horse and Its rider will be restored to their original bronze condition, and In tlmo will probably assume tho tint which li was Intended to produce, but for years tho memorial will bo pointed out as the green one. i o |
