Show O. A. SLADE A native son of Utah, born at Parawan, was raised by his grand father, Christopher Pearson. When he was six years old they moved from the south to Pelican Point. Has lived there fof 0 years or more, in stock raising and sheep business. Was in Montana Mon-tana during the years of 1886-7. Lived in Salt Lake and Ogdcn for a few years, where he was engaged en-gaged in landscape gardening, fn the spring of 1890 he went to Thunder Mountain. Served two years as county fish and game Jommissiouer. He has made two trips to Nevada recently, where he has some very gftod prospects 1 le started in business four ycir ago for himself, owning the husi-uc.ss husi-uc.ss and building of the P.Ik saloon sa-loon on Main street. He is an active member of the Foresters and Knights of Pythias a member of the house committee of the Commercial club; also takes an active part in politics, being a member of the Republican executive committee. |
