into a grader immella immediately t ly following the services the deceased wa was taken to Or orderville derville where he yas was lali laid 1 in the ordera e celete cemetery ry hy by th the side ide ot of his father and mother mr r heaton was injured when the blade blad 1 0 of f the grader grade lie he was driving on the i road oad near hla his ranch struck a rock and threw him into the grader breaking some borne ribs wit which ich punctured a an n intestine and a kidney he called to his son in law who was working in the field near by who took a horse to town and brought back a car in which to take the injured man home ile ho was taken to cedar city but blood poison had set in and lie he passed away shortly after mr air I 1 heaton eaton made the statement that hiis his time had act come shortly after he a was hurt hur t some time before ho he had put all his books in order J nathan jonathan 0 heaton was born in payson utah september 17 1869 1859 when ho 0 was eight years yeara old his parents were called to the muddy mission they stayed there until the mission was broken up then his parents followed the advice of president youn young g and came into long valley where jon ile he has grandchildren and twenty eight great grandchildren making in all blood descendants ire he has ever been faithful to hla his family and church ile he served as counselor to bishop esplin in the Or derville ward and was a member of the high council when kanab stake was waa first organized for his willingness and desire to help his fellow men he has few equals and no one who ever knew him ever heard him say evil of his fellow man he ha played a large part in the founding of alton and Or derville at alton lie he purchased the land and let those who desired to settle there have it at a
