Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received by the UTAH STATE BUILDING BOARD for MAINTENANCE STATION, CEDAR CITY, UTAH. Bids will be in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by: Peck & Jacobsen and same may be obtained from the Utah State Building Board, 124 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, upon receipt of $25.00 deposit per set, made payable to the Architect, and which will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten days of the date set for the bid opening. Prequalification of bidders is required. Prior to any bidder receiving drawings and specifications, it will be necessary that he have on file with the Prequalification Board of the State of Utah, completed and approved, the required prequalification statement pertaining to contractor's experience ex-perience and financial condition. Bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 p.m.. Tuesday, December 10, 1974, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Building Board Conference Room - 124 State Capitol. A bid bond in the amount of ' five percent (5 percent) of the r bid, made payable to the Utah ' State Building Board, shall accompany bid. If certified or cashier's check is used in lieu of bid bond, a certificate from an approved surety company guaranteeing execution of a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond must accompany bid. The State Building Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality for-mality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State. UTAH STATE BUILDING BOARD GLEN R.
