November 9 10, 1974 in Cedar City. Elder Pinegar and his wife Ronnie Lee are the parents of five lovely children. He earned his doctorate degree in education from the University of Southern California and has served as mission president over the North Carolina - Virginia Mission, as chairman of education psychology at RYU, and as a member of the General Board of the Sunday School, all prior to his present appointmert. The visiting Gene a I Authority will present the theme of "Strengthening Elders and Prospective Elders" in the Saturday leadership session.
