Show BYU Professor, guest speaker at SUSC Music Recital Hall !' ( i to be a Public Official to Violate Public Ethics?" The lecture is scheduled at 7 :30 p.m. and the public is invited to attend, McKay is a graduate of BYU and a Law Graduate of the University of Chicago. Prof. McKay is in a lecture series being conducted by the BYU program in Public Ethics and the series is being sponsored by a grant from the Utah Endowment for the Humanities, a Division of the National Endowment for the Humanities. The series is entitled "Public Ethics in an era of Challenge and Change." Other speakers who will speak at locations throughout the state include former Michigan Governor, George Romney, Carl Hawkins, Dean of the J. Rueben Clark Law School, and Claude Burtenshaw, vice president of Utah State University. There will be no admission charge.
