Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER TIM-BER SALE, THE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, BLOWHARD SALE located within T37S, R8 W; T37S, R9W; Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Sealed bids will be received by the Forest Supervisor, or his authorized representative at the Office of the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah 84720, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time, June 28, 1976, to be followed immediately by oral bidding, for an estimated 5150 M board feet of live timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable ac-ceptable bid per M board feet is Englemann Spruce and other species $2.00. Additional deposit required for slash disposal is $9.85 per M board feet of all species. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided for by quarterly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of dead timber of all species which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet. Required bid guarantee is $3800.00. Maximum purchaser credit for specified roads is $41,338. To the extent that bidding does not increase the -total stumpage value $19,373.00 above the advertised ad-vertised value or exceed the total costs in A10 of the contract, the maximum purchaser credit amount for specified roads shall be - decreased and offset by furnishing road construction material and-or cash as described in the timber sale prospectus. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes con-stitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation can-cellation or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on' future timber sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Full information in-formation concerning the timber, tim-ber, the conditions of sale, and the submission of bids should be obtained from the District Ranger, Cedar City Ranger District, Cedar City, Utah; or the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah.
