Show FIREIilEI! BOLD . BI6MEETIIIG The Bingham fire companies met in Joint session at hall No. 2 Tuesday night and had one of the best meetings meet-ings of the year. The main feature of the business consisted of discussion on the fire whistle subject. It was fully decided to try out an air whiHtle. Also there appeared before the body a representative of a company putting put-ting out a certain kind of whistle and his proposition was considered and will probably be submitted to the town board. At this meeting it was de-cided de-cided that the Joint companies would contribute to the "Red Cross $20 of the funds from the treasury. The entertainment on this occasion was much above the average and the large crowd in attendance highly en-Joyed en-Joyed it. The faculty members furnished furn-ished music and this was followed by some classy boxing and wrestling. Iflenry Stillman and Nemo Gregory first pulled on the gloves for a few ! lively rounds. Then William Oddle and Harold Anderson tried the mat for three falls, the former coming out on top. Another boxing bout was between Joe Dfl nney and Dan Coakley. Mackey I and Sorenson then went to the mat and the contest resulted in a draw. |
