Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron Co. throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-924 (73-2342) Vernon and Idalee D. Singleton, P.O. Box 187, Cedar City, Utah 84720 proposes to change the place and nature of use of 1.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 1.88 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 24404 (73-1830). (73-1830). The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 148 ft. deep at a point S. 870 ft. and W. 870 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 33, T35S, R11W; and used for the stock-watering stock-watering of 250 sheep, 10 swine, 10 cattle and 5 horses. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore, and used for the domestic purposes of one family; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.06750 ac. in NEUNEU Sec. 33, T35S, RllW. Sec. 29, T32S, R19W, (Hamblin Valley); and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 cattle; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 for the irrigation of 1.0 ac. in NEV4SEI4 Sec. 29, T32S, R19W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before April 23, 1977.
