Show Melling, North Las Vegas, Nevada. Ne-vada. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, grand-children, and two brothers Reed S. Smith and Albert Smith, both of Beaver. Speaker at the services included in-cluded Ray Baumgartner, and Charles R. Hunter and a tribute, tri-bute, by Clara Green and remarks re-marks by Bishop Max Willis, who conducted. Special musical numbers included a vocal solo "Beyond the Sunset" by Ralph Hafcn; a vocal duet "In the Garden," by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wood, and a vocal duet "My Father Knows," by George D. and David Grimshaw. Prelude and postlude music mu-sic was by Beverly Staker. Prayer at the mortuary was by Ned Walker. Innvocation was by Jim Heywood and the benediction by Jack Walker-Dedication Walker-Dedication of the grave at the cemetery was rendered by Douglas Grimshaw. Thelma Melling, 67 Succumbs; Final Rites Held Services were conducted in the Cedar Fifth Ward Chapel Saturday, Jan. 25, for Mrs. Thelma Smith Melling, 67. Mrs. Melling died of natural causes in the Valley View Medical Me-dical Center Wednesday, Jan. 22. She was born Oct. 19, 1901 In Beaver to William Seth and Ida Lund Smith. She married William L. Melling, Dec. 21, 1927 In the St. George LDS Temple. He died Dec. 31, 1961. She had been active in the LDS Church, was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Pio-neers, vice president of the Cedar City American Legion Auxiliary and a members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary. Sruvivors include three sons and three daughters: K. Doug, las Melling, Mrs. Craig (Marie) Neptune. Mrs. Douglas Doug-las (Roma) Knight, all of Cedar City; Mrs. Douglas (Joan) Grimshaw, W.
