The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well 05 It. deep at a point IS. 230 ft. and K. 110 ft. from W4 Cur. Sec. 7, T35S, KldvV, and used for stockvvaterins of 50 cattle ami from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation ir-rigation of 55 acs. All uses have been in W'-NWU said Sec. 7. Sec. 20, T33S, ROW; 75-375, 2-in. well 100 ft. deep, N. 1370 ft. and W. 1075 ft.; 75-370, 2-in. well 100 ft. deep, N. 1380 ft. and W. 870 ft; 75-377, 2-in. well 100 ft. deep, N. 1385 ft. and W. 1285 ft., all from E'i Cor. Sec. 27, T33S, R9W. Water Users Claims 75-200, 75-207, 75-370 have been used for stockwatering of 50 cattle and Water Users Claim 75-200 has been used for domestic purposes of one family. The water under all the above claims has been used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 45 acs. All uses have been in NWUNWVi See. 20, NEVtNEU Sec. 27, T33S, R9W. Hereafter, 180.98 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 12-in. well 400 ft. deep at a point S. 1185 ft. and W. 240 ft, from NE Cor. Sec. 31, T33S, R9W, and used for stockwatering of 35 cattle and horses and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental ir- rigation of 105 acs., but limited limit-ed to sole supply of 45 acs. All uses to be in S'aSEU Sec. 27, NNE',4 Sec. 31, T33S, R9W. The remainder of the water will be left in the well under Water Users Claim 75-200 and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family and stock-watering stock-watering of 15 cattle as heretofore here-tofore described. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with i reasons therefor must be filed j in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before December 10, 1967.
