The Monday Couples league saw Donna Jolley roll a real good 253 game for high game hollers holl-ers in tins league. Koy Batly tried to hold the boys up with a 211 game, and Koy took high series honors with a (iOj. Other games of note were a 211 by Gordon Twitched, a 202 by Bill Dover, and Geniel ' I'witcliell just about hit the big game with a 199. She was followed by Bea Olson with a steady HIS. The top team game of the week in this) league was a 371) by duff and Donna Jolley, and hop team tcries honors went to Gordon and Geniel Twitchell with a 10S7. Rainbow League The Kainbow Rollers league on Tuesday evening saw Bill Dover roll the highest game of the association this week with a 254 for high game honors for this league to date. Some of tho other better games in this league was a 224 by Floyd Evans, Grant Seegmiller, 217, Roy Batty 227, Klrby Lambert 202, Doug Knell 212, and No- lan Stokes 203. Grant Roeg-1 miller lock high individual .scries honors With a 5!J3, and he was followed by Hoy Batty with a 5.SU. The Meadow Gold team again took all the team honors ior the week v-.ii 1 1 tiie : high team game ot iJYD, and u.e liigii team series of 2H03. Southsrn Association The Southern As.-ociated scratch league on Wednesday i night started to roll a little better now that deer season is over, but the boys seem to lack the spirit that the league iid.s had in other years. High individual game honors this week went to Gib Mitchell with a 222. High series honors went to i lal Boyce with a 591. Hal rolled games of 207 and 201 in his series, Cliff Reese hit a 203, Ken Boron, 201, Bruce Adams 208, Bruce Osborne Os-borne 200, Don Adams and Boyd Adams both rolled 210, Grant Seegmiller 219, Bill Dover 21 1, and Randy Crofts a 20C for some of the better games of the week. High team honors went to Arctic Circle with a 919, and the Meadow Gold lads look high team honors hon-ors Willi a 2(300. Mixed Doubles The Thursday Mixed Doubles Dou-bles league had its share of the big events this week as Floyd Evans found the range with games of 189, 246 and 213 for a big series of 648. This is the highest series recorded in the association this year, and, we expect more of them as the I boys settle down. Other games j of note in this league was a I 213 by Clare Randall, Carl ! Pretty rolled a 221, and Guet-j ta Hyita kept tho girls in there with a nice 209 game. Top , team game of the week was rolled by the Evans-Reese team with a 645, and also the high series with an 1852. We expect these games and series I to be beaten when the rest of the league gets into action later in the week. |
