Cumberworth, dba Rush Lake Cattle Co., 2520 Valencia Valen-cia St., Santa Ana, California, propose to change the point of diversion, platv and nature of use of 200.0 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Seg. The water has been diverted from two wells as follows: 71-1991 and 71-1992, N. 1370 ft. and W. 1755 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28; 71-388 and 71-2059, 71-2059, N. 185 ft. and W. 1725 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 27, both of T36S. R16W. The water waier is 10 De aivertea irom a 14-in. well 500-600 ft. deep at a point N. 2640 ft. and E. 700 ft. from S1 Cor. Sec. 9, T34S, R9W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 130 acs., but limited to sole supply of 80 acs., in parts of said Sec. 9. The 6.41 ac.-ft. not changed by this application will be used as heretofore for stock-watering stock-watering purposes. a-5479, Harry E. and Gertrude Ger-trude E. Patton, 3867 Lake Mead Blvd., Sp. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, propose to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by App. No. 17011 (71-1048) Escalante Valley Val-ley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 125 ft. and E. 125 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 31, T34S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation nf .25 has been used for domestic purposes of one family, stock-watering stock-watering of 2500 sheep, 250 cattle, 25 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 2G2.0 acs. All uses in SWV4SEU Sec. 27, NW!4, NW'iSE1, N',aSW Sec. 28, T3GS, R1GW. Hereafter, 421.43 ac.-ft. is to be diverted from either or both of two existing wells as follows: 1. Same as heretofore here-tofore described under 71-1991 and 71-1992; 2- S. 80 ft. and W. 70 ft. from EU Cor. Sec. 29, T36S, R16W. The water is to be used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 267.61 acs., but limited to sole supplv of 106.11 acs. in NWH, NViSW'.,, NW'iSE'i Sec. 28, T36S R16W. ac. in SEH said Sec. 31. Hereafter, 1.0 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 150 ft. deep at a point N. 1470 ft. and W. 298 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 18, T35S, R17W, and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of .07 ac. All uses to bo in NEV4 SE!4 said Sec. 18. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 15, 1968.
