OCR Text	Show HEY CECALS To celebrate Halloween, the Hay Cedars Square Dance Group held a Hobo Halloween party. All of the member came In costume cos-tume to the East Elementary School. Prizes were given for the best costumes. Daryle Smith won first prize for the men and lone Manning won first prize for the women. The room was decorated for Halloween in black and orange. The decorating was done by Fem and Dick Urie. Light refreshments re-freshments of apple cider and donuts were served at the close of the evening.
