Show MR. AND MRS. ERWIN J. LeFEVRE Idary Pollock Recites "Wedding Vows "With Erwin Le Fevre In an impressive ceremony performed per-formed on Friday, March 10, Miss Mary Pollock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Denor Pollock of Kan-arravllle, Kan-arravllle, was given in marriage by her father to Erwin J. Le-Fevre Le-Fevre at the home of the bridegroom's bride-groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver LeFevre, in Cedar City. Performing the ceremony was IBishop Burton M. White and in :attendance were members of the Ummediate family and close ifrlends. Following the ceremony the lorldegroom's parents were hosts rat a buffet supper which was enjoyed by the wedding party. That same evening at the "Kanarravllle Ward Chapel the newlyweds were honored at a reception re-ception hosted by the parents of the bride. Receiving guests, the bride was attired in a sheath dress of white : satin brocade with shirred over-skirt over-skirt of silk chiffon and featured long sleeves, lily-pointed at the -wrists, and she carried a trailing Ibouquet of red roses. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Linda Williams, sister of the bride. Maid of honor was also a sister of the bride, Miss Gayle Pollock. Bridesmaidr were Christine LeFevre, sister of the bridegroom and Sandra Ath-erley. Ath-erley. Flower girls were LuAnn Pollock and Marcla LeFevre, petite pe-tite sisters of the bride and bride-.-groom. Attendants wore dresses in pastel pas-tel shades of pink, lavender, blue tand green and all carried bou-cquets bou-cquets and baskets of spring daf- Performing the duties of best man was Robert LeFevre, a brother bro-ther of the bridegroom; Steve, Carl and Teddy LeFevre, also brothers, served as ushers. Organ music, played throughout through-out the evening, was by Mrs. Frank Jackson. Mrs. Jackson al-so al-so played the wedding march at the wedding ceremony. Songs were sung intermittently throughout the evening by Sheldon Shel-don Prestwich and duets by Mrs. LaRee Pollock and Mrs. Ruby Stewart. At the guest book was Dianne Bryant. In charge of refreshments refresh-ments was Mrs. Vcrna Davis and attending the gift mom was Shirley Shir-ley Peterson, Miriam Jackson, Alenna and Aloma Berry. Following the reception, the couple departed for a honeymoon to Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. LeFevre is employed with Progressive Builders and the new Mrs. LeFevre is a student at Cedar High School. They will make their home in Cedar City until Mr. LeFevre leaves for six month training with the National Guard at F'rt Ord, California. |
