Show NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cedar City Corporation will receive sealed bids up to 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 19C1, to coat the interiors of two (2) one million gallon steel water reservoirs re-servoirs and two (2) two million gallon steel water reservoirs located lo-cated at Cedar City. Iron County, Utah, In accordance with A.W.W.A. standards ALTERNATE BIDS will cover hot applied coal tar enamel, cold aplied coal tar tank solution and T. & O. coal tar paint. Cedar City Corporation will make a selection of the coating to be used based upon the pris offered and the approximate life of the product. INTERESTED BIDDERS should contact RALPH B. PLATT, Consulting Con-sulting Engineer, P. O. Box 398, Cedar City, Utah, for the specifications speci-fications and bidding form covering cover-ing the project and proposals. BIDS WILL BE OPENED and read aloud to the public at the regular meeting of the Cedar City Council to hp hfld in tho rnnrt. room of the City and County Building at 7:30 p. m., Thursday, April 6, 1961, HOWEVER, bidders take notice that bid proposals must be In at the city office by 5:00 p. m. and any bid presented pre-sented at the time set for opening open-ing bids will be considered late and will not be received. Each bid shall be accompanied by a 5 bid bond in the form of a certified check, money order or bidder's bond to assure performance per-formance in the event of bid a-ward a-ward by Cedar City Corporation. CEDAR CITY CORPORATION reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids; to make the a-ward a-ward from the qualified proposals propos-als in the best interest of the City; Ci-ty; and to waive any irregularities irregulari-ties or informalities in any MJ in the interest of the City.
