Show Cedar City Rock Club To Participate In Utah State Gem Show The 1964 Utah State Federation Gem and Mineral Show, In which the local Rock Club will participate, partici-pate, will be held May 29, 30 and 31 at the Price National Guard Armory In Price. The Castle Valley Val-ley Gem Society will be host club for the event. Hours will be 10 a. m. to 8 p. m., Friday and Saturday, Sa-turday, and 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. on Sunday. Admission is free. Famous dinosaur carvings from California as well as a collection from around the world of antique hand carved crosses will be brought from Kansas especially for this showing. show-ing. Weathqr )ermittlng, a guided field trip will be held on Saturday, Satur-day, May 30, for anyone desiring to participate. The field trip will leave the Armory at 9 a. m. During Dur-ing the show, new officers will be elected for the Utah Federa tion and a participating club will te appointed host for the 1965 show. The Cedar City Rock Club, active ac-tive member of the Utah State Federation, will participate with six other societies from throughout through-out Utah, to suport and help make this show a success. |
