Show Quilt Drawing to Be Held at Basketball Game The winner of the lovely "Autumn "Au-tumn Leaves" quilt, donated to the FHS band uniform fund by the Eyte Sisters, will be chosen as a part of the halftime activities activi-ties at the Parowan-Delta basketball bas-ketball game in the high school gym Thursday evening, Feb. 18. Band students have been busily bus-ily engaged collecting donations for the quilt and already total donations are well over $150.00. Baked goods sales have held at a high average of over $80.00 on each the past three Saturdays. Satur-days. Another baked goods sale is planned for this Saturday, with a Car Wash to be held at Scott Orton's American station if the weather permits. A number of uniform companiei have been contacted and asked to submit bids on the proposed new uniforms. These uniforms are to be of the most modern design de-sign and will be convertible from marching to concert types, according ac-cording to Mr. Robert Potter, band Instructor at PUS. The colors col-ors are to be blue and gold In keeping with the school colors, ! it la stated. |
