Terms of Sale: One-tenth of the' purchase price payable at the time of sale, with five per cent interest on the remainder of the sale price to the first of January following, plus the $2.00 Certificate Certifi-cate fee; the remainder of the purchase price to be divided Into In-to not more than twenty annual payments with Interest at the rate of five per cent per annum on the deferred payments, the interest in-terest being payable In advance each year. Sales amounting to less than $250.00 are made for cash In advance. All mineral is reserved to the State of Utah.
