Show Adams Family Feted Prior to Arizona Move Mr. and Mrs. Howard M. Adams have been honored guests at several gatherings during the pa it week prior to their leaving Parowan, with their family, to make their home in S .if ford, Arizona. Ari-zona. Mr. Adams and his son j'Toby" have spent the summer in Safford, operating a large motel mo-tel In which the Adams are owners, own-ers, and the family are now moving mov-ing to the Arizona city prior to the opening of school. Last week end a group of friends of Mr. and Mrs. Adams met at Milt's Stage Stop in Cedar Canyon for a steak dinner to bid the Adams farewell. On Tuesday evening of this week Mr. and Mrs. Fred Topham Top-ham entertained for the Adams at a dinner party at their home. Present for the event were those people who served with Mr. Adams when he was bishop of the Third Ward, including Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Clark, Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Graff and Mr. and Mrs. Wood row Watson, of Parowan. |
