Humphreys Hum-phreys of Summit announced this I week the engagement and forth coming marriage of their daughter, daugh-ter, Gail Ann, to Dennis Woodard of Cedar City. The bridegroom elect Is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Woodard. The young couple will exchange ex-change vows at Summit on Saturday, Sat-urday, Aug. 8, and will be honored hon-ored at a reception immediately following. The future Mrs. Woodard is a graduate of Cedar High School and the LDS Business College In Salt Lake City. For the past year she has worked in the LDS Church offices In the capitol city. Mr. Woodard Is also a graduate of Cedar High School and has been engaged in the livestock industry in-dustry in southern Utah for the past two years. The Iron County couple plan to make a home In Cedar City.
