Show Saturday Opening Set for Nev Cedar Business Cedar City's newest business will open its doors to the public Saturday, August 1. It is the Apparel Center, which is located at 35 North Main Street and which will be owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Smoot Seaman. The Apparel Center will feature fea-ture all the modern facilities of display and will carry nationally advertised and accepted merchandise. mer-chandise. A complete line of men's clothing, cloth-ing, from head to too, along with all accessories will be stocked. In addition a special section of women's sports wear will be stocked including shoes. Special door prizes will be offered of-fered during the first week of the Apparel Center's opening with such prizes as a man's suit, hat. shirts and slacks to be awarded. In the women's division capri slacks, blouses, hosiery will be given away. The Seaman's have invited everyone to call In and register during the first week to qualify for the prizes, and to view the latest business operation in the community. Seaman has 12 years experience experi-ence In men's clothing and furnishings fur-nishings while employed at Marsden's Men's Shop. The present pre-sent facility has been In the planning staged for many years and the establishment and acquiring ac-quiring of top lines has been underway un-derway for the past three years, he stated.
