Show Cedar Belles League Lead Bowling Pace Lillian Hazel, Pat Rowley and Colleen Nelson, all of the Cedar Belles League, bowled up a storm this past week to cop top honors for women's divisions play. In that league these three had top efforts in the Individual honors. hon-ors. Lillian Hazel had the top series of the week with a 587 and waa second high in a single gam with a 219. Colleen Nelson iad a 224 game for high in that department and turned in a series ser-ies of 518 for third best Mrs. Rowley had a 565 series which Included a 213 game. In the team department of the Cedar Belles league, R. C. Cola was tops with a 810 game and a 2309 series. Close behind was Jackson Cleaners with a 806 game and a 3207 series. In other leagues results were as follows: Strikettes: Marie Memmott was tops with a 516 series Including the top game of 199. First Security Se-curity took the team honors with a respectable 823 game, a 164 average for player, and a series of 2267. Thursday Morning Scratch: Team No. 3 consisting of Nora Smith, Melva Row berry and Evelyn Eve-lyn Jones had the top game of the league, a 497, but series honors hon-ors went to Team No. 7 including Tillie Blederman, Lura Stapley and Bonnie Leigh with a 1388. Mrs. Jones captured Individual honors with a 200 game and a 529 series. Alley Cats: Honors were shared with Virginia Randall's 212, standing up as best of the week and Evelyn Carr nlttlng the high series with a 526. KSUB rolled a 810 game for high and team series wents to Dennetts with a 2244. |
