Sunday's general sessions, that are open to the public, will be held at different times for the two stakes. Sessions of the Cedar Stake will be held at 12 noon and at 6 p. m. with president A. E. Whateott presiding. President Franklin D. Day of the Cedar West Stake will conduct con-duct sessions at 9 a. m. and 3 p. m. Special Invitations will be issued is-sued to those expected to attend the Saturday evening sessions. Elder Taylor was the visiting authority at the time of the division divi-sion of the Cedar Stake and the formation of the new Cedar West Stake. In visiting the Joint sessions ses-sions this week he will also be the last to visit while the Joint sessions are being held. Elder Taylor left his career as a prominent Provo business executive exe-cutive to become president of the California Mission In 1955. He was called to his present position po-sition in 19! Z- He la now managing man-aging director of the LDS Church famed welfare program. |
