Show Parowan HighPTA Prepares for Get-acquainted Social The first public activity of the Parowan High . School Parent-Teacher Parent-Teacher Association will be held next Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 8 p. m. in the high school auditor!-um. auditor!-um. This will be in the form of a get-acquainted social with a special program to be given, including in-cluding special greetings from Principal Max S. Dalley and PTA President Carol A. Wright, it is announced by Merle B. Merkley. Mrs. Merkley states that at the regular district meeting in Bea-ver Bea-ver in August of this year, definite def-inite Instructions were given that starting this year, the father will have a prominent place in the PTA organization. In accordance with this plan the following par-ents par-ents of high school students have accepted the responsibility of being room parents for the coming com-ing year: Seventh grade, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Dalton and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Adams; Eighth grade, Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow DeckT and Mr. and Mrs. James Mercer; Ninth grade, Mr. and Mrs. How-ard How-ard Adams and Mr. and Mrs. David Dalton; 10th grade, Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam Boardman and Mr. and Mrs. Howard D. Knight; 11th grade, Mr. and Mrs. Silas Top-ham Top-ham and Mr. and Mrs. Errol Lamoreaux. and 12th grade, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lund and Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Adams. |
