Show Kiwanians, Partners Cavort at Cedar Breaks Lodge Cedar City Kiwanians and their partners and guests met at Cedar Breaks Lodge Monday evening to enjoy their annual outing. Pro. gram for the evening was under the direction of the Kiwani-Anns with Mrs. Bruce Osborne conduct-ing. conduct-ing. Three members of the club who have moved, or who will move from the community,, were presented pre-sented with tie clasps by Neal Carter, club vice president They Included Haymer Morris, who resides In St. George; John Brown, who will enter dentistry school this fall, and Robert Heyborne, who will join the faculty at Utah State University in Logan this fall. Also during the evening three members were Inducted Into the club by Heyborne, who Is lt. gov-ernor gov-ernor for the Utah-Idaho District Dis-trict Installed were Brvce Dec!:-er, Dec!:-er, coach at the Cedfcr Ciy High School; Wayne Clow&rd. assistant assist-ant supervisor of the Dixie National Na-tional Forest, and Jerry Davis of the Utah Oil Refining Company. Entertainment was furnished by a quartet of young misses with a thrilling act. They Included In-cluded Tanja Birch, Paulette Slack, Diane Rice and Joette Cor-ry. Cor-ry. A most entertaining and humorous hu-morous play "The Anniversary Waltz'was read by Mrs. Vlrgie Frame, as a highlight of the evening. |
